She won as Best New Producer at the 2nd Southeast Asian International Achievement Award. A month after, she won Best Producer at the World Film Carnival in Singapore. Just a few days ago, Teresita won another Best Producer award from the Indo French International Film Festival in India.
Minsa'y Isang Alitaptap with an international title of " Once A Firefly" has been earning rave reviews from critics. One Fil-Am writer even rated the film 7/10.

By the end of this month, it will be shown in Perth, Australia which hopefully will also be shown in other cities of Down Under. Negotiations are underway for the film to be shown in high schools in the Philippines as part of the students' requirement in their arts subject.  Hopefully, Minsa'y Isang Alitaptap will also be shown in Zamboanga and Scotland.
