The hardworking Mayor of Ilagan in Isabela has never stopped creating projects for the Ilaguenos. There's no stopping for this multi-awarded Chief Executive in serving his constituents. Despite the so many projects he has created during his term while doing some humanitarian programs even in the far-flung areas within his jurisdiction, the amiable Mayor always has in mind ways and means to help improve the lives of the people living in the corn capital of the Philippines. He always places the welfare of his people as his priority above anything else.

Because of his unparalleled leadership, the city of Ilagan saw the construction of 100-bed capacity City hospital with Dialysis, CT Scan and MRI facilities, construction of city housing projects for city hall employees, concreting of 200 kilometers of farm to market roads, construction of city commercial building, construction of City of Ilagan Hotel, establishment of the Ilagan Sanctuary (eco-tourism park), establishment of two musical dancing fountains, establishment of Tourism City Promenade and establishment of City Civic Center.

Not only these, Mayor Josemarie Diaz who is also a dentist, has more plans for the Year of the Water Rabbit. With everything he has done for the city, a lot of supporters and believers thought that he is ripe to run for Senator in the next elections.

She won as Best New Producer at the 2nd Southeast Asian International Achievement Award. A month after, she won Best Producer at the World Film Carnival in Singapore. Just a few days ago, Teresita won another Best Producer award from the Indo French International Film Festival in India.
Minsa'y Isang Alitaptap with an international title of " Once A Firefly" has been earning rave reviews from critics. One Fil-Am writer even rated the film 7/10.
